Estas albondigas son fácil de hacer y realmente quedan fabulosas. La receta tambien es fácil de doblar o sea de hacer en dos, tres o más tiempos. Es realmente impresionante cuan ricas quedan, esperamos las disfruten.

Ingredientes:
– Albondigas
1 libra de carne de pavo molida
1/2 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de sal
Aceite vegetal (para freir las albondigas)
– Salsa de tomate
6 tomates roma
1 chile serrano (opcional)
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
Un puñado pequeño de oregano (una cucharadita aproximadamente)
1/2 cebolla
