2 Libras de carne de res machacada

1 cucharadita de sal

3 ajos machacados

1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva

Pimienta negra molida al gusto

4 huevos batidos

2 tazas de galleta molida

1/4 cucharadita de ajo granulado

Aceite vegetal para freir

Notas:

El propósito de separar las claras de las yemas es para que el huevo no se corra o se escurra de la carne facilmente y tambien ayuda a empanar más rapidamente y con mejor resultados.

Tengan en cuenta que el tiempo de cocción varía de acuerdo al grosor de las piezas de carne lo que tambien afectará el color o cuan doradas se van a ver.
