Éste es un postre que me trae gratos recuerdos. Pienso que el cóctel de frutas y los jugos que lleva esta receta se pueden hacer en casa completamente naturales y así llevar el postre a otro nivel. De todas formas la manera en que yo lo preparé aqui queda fabuloso y es muy fácil de hacer. Los Malvaviscos comunmente se conocen como Marshmallow.
Ingredientes:
1 paquete de malvaviscos (marhmallows) de una libra (16oz) 453g
1 lata de coctel de frutas de 30oz (1.88LB) 851g
2 barras de queso crema de 8 onzas (227g) cada una
2 sobres de gelatina sin sabor de1/4oz (7g) cada uno
1/2 taza de agua (para diluir la gelatina)
18 onzas (510g) (532ml) de jugo de durazno (melocotón) o pera.
