Ingredients:

1 Ham of 8 to 12 pounds

2 tbsp of cherry juice or syrup from the same jar of cherries used.

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice, it could be from the same cans of pineapple slices

2 tbsp pineapple preserves

1 tsp of yellow mustard

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 cup Dry Sherry

1/4 cup water

Cloves

Sliced pineapples

Cherries

This ham can be served warm right after baking or it can be refrigerated and served cold. Make sure to save the juices after baking which are used to dress the slices of ham once is served.
