Pechuga De Pollo A La Florentine - Buen Provecho TV

Receta adaptada y simplificada para hacer pechuga de pollo a la florentine.
Ingredientes:
4 a 6 Pechugas de pollo
12 onzas de espinaca tierna
2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
1 chalote picadito (Shallot) puede sustituirse por una cebolla pequeña
2 dientes de ajo picadito
1 1/4 taza de agua
1/14 taza de caldo de pollo
1 taza de nata para montar (heavy cream)
1 cucharadita de jugo de limón
1 cucharadita de ralladura de limón
1/2 taza de jamón de cerdo ahumado picado en pequeños cubitos. Puede sustituirse por tocineta horneada y crujiente.
1/2 taza de queso parmesano rallado
Sal y pimienta a gusto
