Risotto Con Champiñones - Arroz Arborio - Buen Provecho TV

Receta para preparar risotto con hongos salteados.
Ingredientes:
1 taza de arroz arborio
1/4 taza de “shalots” picado o cebolla
1/4 taza de vino blanco (seco)
1 diente de ajo picado
1 cucharada de mantequilla
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
1 taza de queso parmesano rallado
Sal y pimienta a gusto
2 tazas de hogos frescos picados (1 cucharada de aceite de oliva para saltearlos, sal y pimienta a gusto)
Unas 4 tazas de caldo de pollo, res o vegetales.
