Recipe:
2 pounds of cube steak (tenderized beef)
1 teaspoon of salt
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Ground black pepper to taste
4 beaten eggs
2 cups cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
Vegetable oil for frying
Notes:
The purpose of separating the whites from the yolks is so that the egg does not run off the meat easily and also helps to coat more quickly with better results.
Keep in mind that the cooking time varies according to the thickness of the pieces of meat which will also affect the color or how golden they will look.
