Ingredients:
About 7 pounds of ground turkey (may be substituted for ground chicken, pork or beef)
1 bell pepper (any color)
8 oz of mushrooms
2 medium size carrots
2 celery sticks
2 garlic cloves
1/2 of a medium size onion
2 eggs
Salt to taste (As a general rule you may use from 3/4 of a teaspoon to 1-1/2 teaspoons of salt per pound of meat)
Vegetable oil
If you have a grill or skillet then you can skip frying and baking these burgers and cook them directly in one of those.
