Spanish Paella With Seafood And Meats - Buen Provecho TV

Recipe for mixed paella
Ingredients:
1/4 to 1/2 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 pound of chicken
1/2 pound of beef
1/2 pound of pork tenderloin
1 large onion
1 bell pepper (any color or combination)
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of saffron
2 cups of medium grain rice
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup snow peas
Stock or broth (chicken, seafood or vegetable) – follow rice recommendations for rate of liquid to rice
1 pound of seafood (I used a mixed seafood bag that Costco sells)
Roasted bell peppers and sweet peas for decoration
Salt to taste
Through the preparation of this recipe the temperature should be between medium to medium high but temperature management is necessary to prevent burning some ingredients. Once the stock/broth dries out temperature must be set to low.
