How To Make Red Pozole – A Mexican Staple

1 liter of water + 1 cup
2 diced Roma tomatoes

5 to 10 De Arbol chilis (optional)

1 1lb can of Hominy corn (Maíz Pozolero)
1 tablespoon of dry oregano

Lettuce, diced onion, lime, radishes, avocado and tostadas.
