2 Roma tomatoes.
1 Medium to small size onion.
2 Cloves of garlic (chopped).
1 Tablespoon of butter.
1/2 Cup of water.
2 Bay leaves.
Champagne wine vinegar, about 1/8 to 1/4 cup maximum.
Salt and pepper to taste.
