Ingredients:
1/2 cup of butter (Make sure the butter is very, very soft or even melted. Otherwise the sugar butter mixture won’t achieve the creamy consistency needed)
1 cup of brown sugar (compacted)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of mashed bananas (banana puree)
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of walnuts pieces
As with all baking recipes, watch out for the baking time since it may greatly vary. I recommend checking at around 40 minutes mainly if baking in smaller pans like the ones I used or smaller.
You may also use a proper single bread loaf baking pan like the one below but keep in mind that in such case it will take 50 minutes or longer to bake.
