Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes (I used Idaho)
2 ounces of shredded cheese, preferably Cotija. Parmesan cheese may be used as a substitute to Cotija.
3 eggs
1 five ounces can of Tuna
1/4 of a medium sized onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
Vegetable oil
