Ingredients:
1 cup of sweet tapioca.
1 cup of sour tapioca (The sour tapioca may be replaced with sweet tapioca).
1 to 1 1/4 cup of whole milk.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (The tablespoon of butter may be replaced with vegetable oil).
1 egg (I recommend only using one egg even if it looks small, otherwise the mix may turn out very liquidy just like it happened to me in the video. I have been making this recipe for over two years now and have found that the thicker the mix the larger the bread will turn out).
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 Cup of Minas cheese ( this cheese may be substituted by the cheese of your preference. Parmesan cheese is the most common substitute used).
