1 taza de tapioca dulce (Polvilho Doce, ver foto a continuación)
1 taza de tapioca agria (Polvilho Azedo, ver foto a continuación)
Nota: Puedes usar tapioca dulce (polvilho doce) solamente y omitir el polvilho azedo
2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal (evite usar aceite de oliva extra virgen)

1 a 1 1/4 tazas de leche entera

1/2 taza de queso cheddar
1/2 taza de queso parmesano
