Buñuelos De Bacalao - Buen Provecho TV

Receta para hacer buñuelos de bacalao.
Ingredientes:
1 libra de papas russet, cocidas y majadas
1 libra de bacalao salado. Remojado en agua caliente por espacio de 5 horas y cambiando el agua cada hora.
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1/4 taza de cebollines verdes picados
1/2 taza de perejil italiano picado
2 huevos batidos
Pimienta blanca molida a gusto
Sal a gusto
Aceite vegetal para freir. Usar unas tres pulgadas de aceite entre el fondo del sarten y la superficie del aceite. Freir a 375 F.
La receta estipula que salen unos 16 buñuelos pero eso depende del tamaño que los hagan. A mi me rindió para 31 buñuelos.
